  • I am an out-of-network provider and do not bill insurance directly. I can provide a superbill for you to submit for reimbursement if your plan includes out-of-network benefits.

I offer complimentary consultations to determine if we’re a good fit and explore how therapy may be beneficial for you, based upon your goals, needs, and what you’re hoping to work through.

  • EMDR is a therapy designed to help people heal from trauma and distress. It uses bilateral stimulation (like eye movements or tapping) to process difficult memories and reduce emotional intensity.

  • You will be referred to a licensed medical provider who will conduct a thorough evaluation and, if indicated, prescribe the medication. The prescribed ketamine will be delivered directly to you through a certified pharmacy.

    KAP involves three key components: preparation sessions, medicine sessions in a safe and supportive environment, and integration therapy. This helps you process insights and apply them meaningfully to your life. You’ll be guided and supported through the entire process.

  • EMDR intensives use the same evidence-based protocol as standard EMDR sessions but in a more concentrated format. These extended sessions, offered over several hours in one day or across multiple days, can accelerate the healing process and may be especially effective for targeted goals. Intensives are ideal for individuals with time constraints, urgent issues, or a desire to make rapid progress in a focused therapeutic setting.

  • Yes. I offer Parenting Coordination and Guardian ad Litem services for families involved in high-conflict custody or divorce situations.

  • Yes. I have extensive training and experience working with children and adolescents. The issues I specialize in, such as anxiety, trauma, grief, and self-esteem, can affect individuals at any age. I tailor my approach to be developmentally appropriate, ensuring that each client, whether a young child, teen, or adult, receives support that fits their stage of life and unique needs. Therapy is effective across the lifespan, and age is never a barrier to meaningful healing and growth.
